BEEF SHARES

Beef Shares are priced at $11.25 per pound, offering the best value while also including several premium cuts not available in our Beef Boxes. A typical quarter share yields 100–125 lbs of take-home meat, though this can vary slightly from animal to animal.

Each share includes all the cuts found in our Beef Boxes, plus premium and specialty cuts such as Filet Mignon, Brisket, Sirloin Steaks, Top and Bottom Round Roasts, English Roast, and Flank Steak.

Custom Cut sheets can be used on half and whole shares if submitted prior to processing.

From start to finish, we oversee every stage of care and production to ensure exceptional quality, humane treatment, and a product you can trust.

Our cattle are raised on a forage-based diet from start to finish. High-quality grass and hay are the foundation of proper cattle nutrition, supporting healthy animals and premium beef.

At Cathcart Cattle Co., we utilize a diverse mix of forages—including perennial pasture and both winter and summer annuals—to keep our herd grazing on fresh, nutritious growth year-round.

Feed Used at Cathcart Cattle Co.

Our beef is grain-finished on a high-corn diet for at least 120 days. This final stage adds marbling and enhances tenderness, creating the rich flavor customers expect from premium beef.
